Washington, D.C. – ChampionScott Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Bob Flores as Director, Strategic Accounts to Neustar, Inc.  Mr. Flores is an accomplished executive who brings a wealth of sales, strategy, business development and leadership experience to Neustar.

Mr. Flores joins Neustar from SymphonyIRI where he served as Vice President of Strategic Accounts for the past four years.  Mr. Flores was responsible for selling SymphonyIRI’s Enterprise Marketing and Brand Analytic applications to the top Consumer Product Goods and Retail companies in the US, and exceeded his quota every year doing so.

Prior to SymphonyIRI, Mr. Flores was a Senior Account Director for SignalDemand, a predictive analytics and optimization software provider, where he developed new business opportunities and managed complex sales processes. Before that, Mr. Flores was a Strategic Account Manager at Planview, a portfolio management solutions company.  While at Planview, Mr. Flores drove sales revenues and had secured the largest account for the company.

Previously, Mr. Flores served as a Sales Account Manager at companies including Metreo, SeeCommerce and Sterling Commerce where he managed new business growth and client relationship management activities.  Mr. Flores began his career at United Parcel Service (UPS) where he spent nine years as a Global Account Director.

Mr. Flores earned his Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago.
